Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Use real money for madden points for 2 packs in MUT 26 store
Summarize your bug I bought the Collector series Ltd pack and was blessed to pulled Cam Ward LTD card but the card wasn’t there. Then I bought the Season 8 platinum pack and I havent even gotten the pack or rewards
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I play on PlayStation I don’t use an Xbox any more at all it’s been years since I’ve ever used one but I just need my content I pulled the card and no card after I got to my card tabs or lineup and I have no pack even though it says I have one pack waiting to be open.
What happens when the bug occurs? I just want want my content please, it was quick to take my money but not give me my rewards 
What do you expect to see? Hopefully you can get me my content for Mut 26 that I paid for and was lucky to receive, I don’t know how to post video or photos because it doesn’t let me even though i try but I have proof of purchase, please get me my content please.
