Didn’t receive my 4600 madden ultimate team points and the packs along with it even though I purchased the mvp bundle months ago Anyone know what to do? All my friends got everything they were promised besides me

I was attempting to buy the field pass when they game crashed and it charge me for the 1100 field pass 3 times so I went from 4600 to 1100 and only received 1 field pass please refund 2200
I haven't received my preorder content (Jalen hurts, 4600 madden points, hall of fame pack, I only got my rookie premieres and chemistry tokens. Purchased the CFB/Madden Deluxe combo as soon as it was announced.

There are hundreds of us according to Reddit who have received nothing for the extra $40 (Deluxe Edition) we paid. EA is refusing to respond to any posts here OR on their Twitter.
File a complaint with the BBB for goods not received and for fraudulent luring practices.
Also File a dispute with your credit card company for fraud.
Ea is **bleep** dont have hope.
Same issue it’s been 24+ hours of me purchasing never got any bonuses extra 40$ for nothing
