Missing promised add ons for Madden 26 mvp bundle

Didn’t receive my 4600 madden ultimate team points and the packs along with it even though I purchased the mvp bundle months ago Anyone know what to do? All my friends got everything they were promis...

There are hundreds of us according to Reddit who have received nothing for the extra $40 (Deluxe Edition) we paid. EA is refusing to respond to any posts here OR on their Twitter.

File a complaint with the BBB for goods not received and for fraudulent luring practices. 

 

Also File a dispute with your credit card company for fraud.
