M26 Unplayable on my laptop

Ran the system File checker to 100% complete, launched game, game loads, enter MUT, game crashes. Relaunched game crashed again.

You are still showing bluescreens and system file errors in your report. Do make sure to run System File Checker as well as DISM. Something else you might try is to go into your NVIDIA control panel and specify your GPU to be used when you play; it is possible the integrated GPU is being used (and will not work). Thanks.

Hi Bruce, ran everything you said and did specify the GPU to be used when I play or when I boot up only for the game to crash. Not being able to take advantage of selling my binder and having a game that is unplayable is beyond frustrating. This is a new laptop very high end and never gamed on only used for streaming with a capture card. EA can either transfer my binder/coins/points to Xbox or I will submit a refund with my CC company. This is not services rendered and the crashing is a known issue.

I have attached the results of the DISM, System file checker as well as a new DXdiag. Still cant play the game and game crashes immediately. Why put out a game if it isnt compatible with new hardware?  Over 10M coins, 11K unspent points and cant get into the game longer than a few seconds. Why cant EA just transfer the coins and binder to my Xbox profile? Tech support yesterday after 8hrs told me on my case that this is a know problem and unfixable. If thats the case please refund the 2500 spent.

You still have system errors in the new Dxdiag. If DISM and SFC do not fix these, you may need support from your hardware manufacturer (BEX items potentially refer to a RAM issue).

EA_Barry​ I have taken my laptop to a local IT here and they spent a few days and deemed the game unplayable. The PC version has a lot of reported issues and my experience isnt the only one. I unfortunately will be requesting ,y binder/points and coins all be transferred to my Xbox profile. If they can't do that I will be getting a refund for the 24 times I purchased the 18,500 points so far this M26.  

EA_Barry​ its a high end gaming laptop. Brand new. Helios-Neo18 Predator PHN18-71. This is a EA issue not a ACER issue. And not to mention I took my laptop to a IT to see if there is something wrong with my laptop and after 3 days they couldn't even get the game to work says alot.
