Most Feared Undercity Key Starter Pack Issue

While playing in the Trick-or-Treat (CPU), you start from a random house on Shadowbrook Circle. As you complete the event (3x), you earn candy to spend in the store as well as a new key to another random house, but on Grimhollow Lane. Again, as you complete the event (3x) you make progress towards the next set of houses on Duskmire Drive and the rewards get better with progression. When you get to the Undercourt Avenue set of houses you have tougher game modifiers, for example the "high chance to fumble". I personally, don't like that modifier as I've lost more times than winning all 3. So, here's the bug... I decided not to waste a lot of time and just sell the 415 Undercourt Avenue Key for 5 candy. Go to the store and buy a new Shadow Circle key for 50 candy. In doing this you are faced with it being LOCKED out, you can't purchase a new key as the game says you already own a key to use. I've tried entering each house but have no key and can't participate. I've checked my binder and nada. I've restarted my PS5, closed the game out ... still nada. No key and no way to purchase the key in the store for 50 candy. I've reported this to the Support Team. Hopefully, it will be resolved quickly. 

This thread was started over in Madden 26 Report a Bug. Posting here in hopes that the Technical Team can look into this. 

I've also went into Safe Mode on my PS5, and cleared the cache and rebuilt the database in hopes it would resolve the issue. However, that was unsuccessful. I've not been able to play in the Treat or Treat CPU event heading into day 4. This is a "time limited" event.. Please Resolve this issue. 

-the bug/glitch of not being able to buy the MF Undercity Key Starter Pack is triggered when you sell a key, in my case the 415 Undercourt Avenue Key.  I know of another individual on XBOX has the same issue as I. So it is cross platform.
