Mut cup. Win first game then waiting for second game and nothing happens

I win the first mut cup game and join the next game and it says waiting for opponent.  I wait 30 minutes and then finally back out and it shows that I have lost the game.  This has happened 3 times i...

Having the same issues as well. But this time both opponents were ready to play and gave him the loss. We have lost so many due to this issue
