CANT START A FRANCHISE “already commissioner of 20 leagues”

Online franchise is unavailable due to phantom leagues created under my account that don’t exist. All that pops up is that I’m the “already the commissioner of 20 leagues” and can’t continue. I have yet to even create 1 league. I have deleted all my data and reinstalled the game with no fix…..so what now?

    Was there ever a fix to this? I am having the same issue and have restarted the game and clear cache and nothing has worked for me
