Mut cup. Win first game then waiting for second game and nothing happens

I win the first mut cup game and join the next game and it says waiting for opponent.  I wait 30 minutes and then finally back out and it shows that I have lost the game.  This has happened 3 times in a row

    Having the same issues as well. But this time both opponents were ready to play and gave him the loss. We have lost so many due to this issue
