Online H2H

Does anyone have any recommendations on how to be able to play this mode? I’ve tried for at least a month and a half to be able to play online. I get the same error every time “Our servers are unable to process your request at this time”. This is really annoying since this is the main mode I play and the reason I purchased the game. Thanks in advance for any help or advice.
