EA_cuervo I’m having the exact same issue being described where the game just can’t login because the servers “cannot process your request at this time.”
My situation — I can’t enter the game at all, not just a mode. For over 4 weeks I get the same error every time I try to load Madden 26 on PS5. It also happens on the Companion App, so it’s not just a console/network problem.
I’ve done all the usual steps (rebuild PS5 database, full reinstall, network/DNS troubleshooting, cache clears), and importantly a different EA account works on the same PS5, proving this is account-specific and server-side.
I’ve opened and escalated EA Case #234728507 with support multiple times, and they’ve acknowledged the issue is server-side but so far haven’t fixed it. This clearly needs backend intervention, not client troubleshooting.

Adding for visibility — being unable to play a paid game for this long is extremely frustrating for many of us.
