Sugar Rush Event is Cheating Me Out of Wins

Twice now I’ve had games go to the tug of war OT, and I have outgained my opponent but have been given the loss. For an event where you need to win 10 out of 11 games, it has cost me 2 separate runs now while Malik Nabers’ price continues to fall. I will attach the clips here. I contacted support and they could do nothing for me. I’m getting screwed out of rewards here for absolutely no reason and nobody at EA seemingly cares. The 2 clips are attached.
