does anyone know how to fix this issue? every time i try to play ultimate team challenges it throws this error and i have yet to find an actual resolution to fix this everything ive tired has not worked and ive contacted ea support but that goes no where they dont send emails back or anything and there is no live agent to talk to. i just wanna play the game i enjoy and payed for but havent been able to for months

Hi buddy, I'm having the exact same problem. After some time, I wanted to play again and I have the same problem. I looked at various tutorials on YouTube, but nothing helped. When I play other online games, such as NFS, everything works fine, as do other games, such as those from Ubisoft or Counter Strike, and there is no problem with the connection. EA is terrible in this regard, and I'm sorry that people have to solve problems through complicated tutorials... Can someone help us, **bleep** it?
