Playing Challenges- errors

Playing challenges in Madden 26 has become impossible starting a week ago. I have not been able to play any challenges at all. I keep getting an error message saying “Our server cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later”. I have a direct gigabit connection 10 feet away from my router / modem. I have reset my router / modem, I have deleted & re-installed my game, I rebuilt the data base, I  tried connecting wireless - no change, contacted support chat with no luck for 45 minutes. I can play Madden 25 with no issues & any other games. I made sure BOTH the game & PS5 pro have the latest updates & they do. This is very frustrating cause the challenges are the main part of the game I play, I enjoy them. 

Any other ideas I can try?

  • mostly this messages is related to a corrupted lineup. you can try to create a fresh new lineup or remove players that you had shortly added.

    Thanks, it solved the problem!

    I told it to generate best lineup & it fixed the problem. Tech support unfortunately never thought of this at all.
