I’m still missing my premium pass, it said error when I bought it while the servers were messing up and it took the 1500 points and didn’t give me the premium pass

Similar issue on my end. When I purchasedthe premium pass during the early release it initially showed I had it but when I logged in today all the premium content shows locked
The launch stole my premium team pass after I had it in early access. Now it wants me to pay again. F that, EA just made sure I don't buy future products unless they make it right!
