Can you please help me? I have the madden 26 deluxe edition on Xbox series X. I am navigating the menus just fine, the store works, the auction house works, everything works, EXCEPT, when I try to play any sort of solo challenge or event game, the game loads in, and when I pick a play, my game freezes and then brings me back to the Xbox dashboard.
