I have crashed over 50 times, sometimes just bringing me to my Xbox dashboard, and sometimes it will completely turn my Xbox off. This has destroyed my online record, wasted hours of my time, and lost me many rewards. I sat on the phone with Xbox support for over 2 hours today and they basically said it was an EA issue. I do not know what to do anymore and I have spent $100 on this game. Someone please help or EA please help man. My gamertag is vviIlz
By the way I am on an Xbox series x, I have tried every troubleshooting tip on Xbox support and EA support aswell. Nothing has worked.

Nope in fact they deleted my issue ticket so I would have to start a new and I'm having the issue with all EA games no other games just EA and the sad part is EA does not care their customer service is horrible so the good thing I guess for me is I was only doing the trials so I've not spent any money on these games nor will I if EA does not want to do anything to fix their product well I guess I'm all done buying games from them
