I’m not usually the guy who runs to the forum every time something goes wrong, but MUT 26 has been rough for about a week now and it’s getting to the point where the mode feels almost unplayable.

I completed the 99 Draft Night Set and never received the cards.

I also won the current H2H Draft Event and never received the token.

On top of that, the desyncs are out of control. I’m not exaggerating when I say I can maybe finish 5% of my games before a desync happens. It’s hard to grind objectives, complete events, or even enjoy the mode when you’re constantly getting kicked out of games or not receiving the rewards you earned.

I wouldn’t normally make a big deal over free content, but I spend real money on MUT to stay competitive. When players are putting money into the game, it’s fair to expect the servers to work, the games to count, and the rewards to actually show up.

The most frustrating part is that these are limited-time events. If the game desyncs or doesn’t grant the token/cards, that’s not just a minor inconvenience. It can cost players content they actually earned.

I really enjoy MUT, but right now it feels like we’re fighting the servers more than our opponents. EA needs to look into the missing Draft Night rewards, the missing H2H Draft token, and the constant desyncs. Players who lost content or progress should get make-rights.
