S4 problems

I was S4 Field Pass level 13 this afternoon. Now when I load the game it shows I’m at level 10. When I log in it shows I’m at level 12. S4 events field pass I purchased is gone. 93 Team Diamond SS Roy Williams, gone. I still have the 92 version, but all 4 NFC tokens, gone. The set to trade for the 93 Team Diamonds, gone. I’m trying to play tonight and the game keeps freezing not responding to the controller until I restart the PS5 only for it to happen again.
