Superstar mode

I'm still not able to get into superstar mode and it's been weeks. It just says an error has occurred and there's no way around it. I've been looking everywhere for answers to fix it but I've found nothing with an actual fix to the issue. If anyone knows how to get into superstar mode as of the update or literally anything to help lmk.
