Superstar Mode does not work.

I bought the bundle pack for CFB26/Madden 26. I only realy wanted CFb26 but of course i want to import my player to madden and continue his career. For the past 3 weeks, i get an error message everytime i try to play superstar mode, however the other modes work perfect. I am not interested in MUT, franchise mode is cool but not being able to import draft classes from CFB just creates a boring disconnect after a few seasons. I think this needs to be fixed especially considering we paid for the bundle and realistically the superstar mode has had little to no change or update in the last few years. Not fair to people who buy this game every year regardless of the fact that its been the same game since 2010. Every year i buy my copy, get annoyed because it lacks real depth or change, say im not buying the next one, and then every year i buy my copy…..
