superstar mode not working since october

it’s been almost 4 months since my superstar mode has worked. this is one of the main reasons why i bought this game because i’ve really enjoyed it in previous years. i’ve been searching everywhere but i can’t find a solution. any ea employees see this please help because a lot of my people are also experiencing this. please update it :)
