Superstar mode not working!!

Its really annoying that my superstar mode doesn’t work. I bought the game 3 days ago and had no issues, but for whatever reason i can not acces it now!

Hair physics?
It’s nothing too serious but it’s just annoying seeing players when their helmet is off have no hair physics. Like it’s just glued to their head or something.
