Superstar combine bug

For over a month now whenever i try superstar mode i get stuck in an endless combine loop that pans around the stadium and never lets me start. I’ve tried restarting my game and my console. I even tried exporting a new player from college football 26 and i was still stuck in the same loop. I can’t even enter the superstar menu it just immediately enters me into the combine without a character selection menu so there is no way for me to do the appearance change trick, or create a new player. Again this has been happening for over a month with no update. Is there a fix for this?
