Teambuilder down for maintenance?

EA_Kent​ Appreciate you getting back to us all, hopefully we can get a fix soon. 

I’ve been down since 12/18 on Mac, PC, & iPhone.

It just says “Down For Maintenance, Try Again Later” each time (just tried, & have tried twice a day AM/PM since the 18th). 

Hey Kent, for me it was down on my Mac from December 22nd until December 29th. Monday December 29th at around 4pm pacific it was up and I was able to login and create teams for a few hours until l logged off to go eat and do errands. I tried logging back in about 45 minutes ago at about 2am pacific time and it's back to the "down for maintenance message".  I have heard 2-3am Pacific is standard maintenance time so if that's the case that's fine, just want to point out that it was up for me for about 2-3 hours, it might have been up longer on the 29th, but I didn't check until about 4pm. I just checked again now on both my Mac mini and iPad and it's down for both. No matter the time it's down he message in the middle of the screen is the same and says:

"OUR SITE IS CURRENTLY DOWN FOR MAINTENANCE

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by our maintenance. We will be back online as soon as possible. Please check again in a while." 

While the top of the browser tab says "Preparing for Launch". All of this has been on Safari. I've tried it on Firefox as well and same message. 

While I checked on the December 22, others have said it was down since the 19th. I don't exactly when I bought Madden 26 but I think it was the week of the 15th of December. 

When it was up yesterday, it was working pretty well with only a few hiccups here and there in terms of it being a little slow.

As of now I’m able to access the website on mobile but not a Mac 

Member: EA_Kent | EA Forums Started when it was posted X that servers were going down for maintenance on 12/18/25. Since then all servers have been down and are still down on all platforms and browsers. 

Why is this a secret? Why not simply offer a brief explanation of why it’s down and when it can be expected to be back up?

It's been down for a week now for Me, what's up EA_Kent​, why hasn't it been up yet, I'm trying to build a team on CHROME, so why hasn't EA done anything yet!

Hi EA_Kent​ : It's been about two weeks now for us, and this happened before about a month and half ago too...I'm personally using a PC, tried multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge, and Firefox) and tried to access the website from different paths (Main Madden 26 page, specifically googled the Teambuilder page, and tried through the Teambuilder link on the EA Help page for M26, all of them give the same error: "Website is currently under maintenance. Please check back later" Screenshot below of what I see when I Try to login to Teambuilder. 

It doesn't work on PC. It's been like this for over ten days.

If you're still running into problems getting into the Team Builder, can you share a bit more info so we can pass it along? 

• Are you trying to log into the Team Builder on a PC, or are you using a mobile device? 
• Roughly when did you first start getting the maintenance message when trying to log in?

EA_Kent​ why is this not answered? Team Builder is still down and this is the main feature I play the game for.
