Been tryna play for an hour now it it keeps saying something about connection failed...what's the deal EA.. also don't understand y superstar mode needs online connection

I’m trying to get into ultimate team and it keeps saying “The Connection Failed.” WTF guys my WiFi is working great! All my other games are working
