Ultimate Team Access Issue on One Account
For some reason I'm able to log into ultimate team but my son can't. Initially he was trying in his own console, but now we've even tried on the same console. I can log in and he can't.

So there were some connection errors happening, and then the team did some maintenance. This should be resolved. The good thing is that all that is server-side, so you cannot really lose it all. I understand being upset about this one. My nephew plays it daily and is always messaging me on it.
If the console and the game are up to date, log out of each account on the console and log in with just one. You can also delete the gamertag and then log back in. That will sync it all, but this sounds more like a server thing than an account issue.
