When I Input A Email, For The, “ Upgrade To Teen Account” It Won’t Let Me Click “Next.” Ive Tried My Email, And Another Email Of Mine And Nothing Seems To Work. When I Click “Next.” It Shows I Clicked It Because It Changes Color Upon Clicking But Never Changes Screens Or Does Any Further Change.

In order to upgrade from a child to a team account, the account owner must reach the minimum age requirement for the country they reside in as per this page.
