Xbox Series X Randomly Crashes
Anytime i’m playing Madden 26 the game will shut itself or my entire xbox off, does anyone have a solution for this because i can’t get a refund for the game, i’ve tried every solution and none work

Is it in a specific mode or match that causes it?
Pack opening?
Does it crash when the match is over or halfway through?
Good Morning Sir, My Series X is having the same issue since this post was created. games like Madden 25/26 Battlefield 2042, Battlefield 6 do not work on my console. They constantly crash and even turn off my console. Ive tried everything and it just persist. Regular Franchise mode crashes and online leagues crashes. I cant even be on the menu screen for BF6 before it crashes. It was so bad I uninstalled it and felt way better afterwards. Older games such as Battlefield 4 and 1 work fine. It sucks paying full price for BF6 and Madden and being left with “sorry guys my game crashed” every 10 minutes.
