I'm just following up to see how things are going. Are you still running into any issues with the console closing down or dashboarding you?

Various times throughout trying to play a game. Run a play and crash to the Xbox home screen. It even crashed while looking at MUT challenges. It's unplayable, just like College football.

wildcatfan101 I've seen mentions of challenges, but the rest could be quite a few things. Can you go into MUT and generate a new lineup?
See if the following help- From the main menu (not UT)
- Click creation center > load/delete files
- Click All
- Delete all files except franchise/Team Builder (if this applies)
- Skip all offline files
Just don't delete anything local like the offline Franchise. Once gone, it is gone. We need to see which modes, which lineup and any downloaded rosters cause or don't cause a crash. There is always a reason.
I did that. Only had two files. Didn't help.
This is happening with me in an online franchise on series X I start the game and it crashes within a few plays. The game is completely unplayable.

I was hoping the maintenance today would fix it, but I got off of work and it happened again today. It comes randomly, sometimes I can finish a game or two. Sometimes it’s every single game. It has happened even when opening packs aswell. Sometimes the game will crash and dashboard me, and then sometimes my entire Xbox will shutoff.(Xbox series X) i have seen many with the same issue but no solutions. I have tried every trouble shoot, including no X factors and such. Please help us

hi there. The game will either dishboard or shut down during the game. It happens playing MUT games and challenges, franchise games and training as well as training camp. I have also crashed while loading a dynasty game.
the only time it doesn’t crash is at the menu screens but will happen almost every single game I play. The only exception is Mut challenges because you can beat them before it crashes but will happen after a few of thoseYeah and it also turns off my console. What about that!
Still crashes everyday all the time while playing any game mode. EA PLEASE FIX THIS!!! There’s been 2 updates and none of them fixed it. I have spent like 300$ already cmon man.
