“For You” instead of “Featured”

On PlayStation 5 I’m noticing I’m getting a “For You” tab instead of “Featured”. This is in MUT under store. I’m seeing videos and photos of other who are able to see the featured tab and no for you tab. This is leading to some pack purchase options not showing such as the Gold Rush Opportunity pack. Is this a common issue, by design, personalized and can be disabled, etc?
