Why can’t I get into UT?

Everyday this game crashes. I haven’t been able to play at all for weeks now. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on this game and can’t even access UT? How is this okay? I have bought every single Madden title since 1995. I think I’m taking next season off. It’s not worth the frustration anymore.
