10 Million Coins Wrongfully Wiped No Response After 10 Support Tickets
I’m posting here because I’ve contacted EA Support more than 10 times and still haven’t received any real help.
My Madden 26 account was flagged for “coin distribution” and 10 million coins were removed. I have never bought or sold coins, used bots, or been involved with any third-party sites. I was legitimately flipping cards fast while switching my theme team, and your system clearly flagged this activity incorrectly.
I’m not banned. I’ve submitted multiple cases, attached proof, and the automated “contact support” replies are leading nowhere.
I’m asking for this to be escalated to a live ToS agent for manual review. I earned those coins through fair gameplay and Auction House activity. I deserve a real investigation, not another bot reply.
EA_Cade EA_Blueberry — Please don’t copy/paste the standard “we can’t help here” message. I’ve already gone through support repeatedly. I just want this fixed.
