535k Coins missing after losing bid.

Question

I bid 535K on Puka Nacua’s 85 overall card and lost. Normally, when you lose an auction, your coins are returned. However, this time, after losing the auction, my coins were never returned.

I reached out to EA Help, and the agent advised me to post in the forums. I’m not sure how this will help, but I need my coins back. I spent my hard-earned money on packs, and I want my coins returned.

kingofmaddenSP​ So any missing content, unless a massive player-wide issue is all handled through live support. We don't handle missing content claims over the forums. If it was an issue within the game and no one was getting coins, we would send that over to the team but past that, live support has to go through the logs and find out where those coins went.
