kingofmaddenSP So any missing content, unless a massive player-wide issue is all handled through live support. We don't handle missing content claims over the forums. If it was an issue within the game and no one was getting coins, we would send that over to the team but past that, live support has to go through the logs and find out where those coins went.
That's funny because Live Support sent me to forums to handle my issue. This just seems like I'm getting the runaround. Check the forums seems to be a player wide issue to me. Just get me my coins back please. I don't like being stolen from. It's bad enough I give my money for these non rewarding packs. Thank you!

kingofmaddenSP If this were a player-wide issue, it would be something the studio team looks into not a Community Manager. We are not live support nor are we developers. We don't have the ability to grant players content. If they sent you to the forums, that would be something we would have to report over and have looked into. Live Support is there to review logs on accounts, grant content and assist with missing content with players. The forums is not for missing content.
