Missing Packs
I purchased packs. And the game would freeze force me to close out and the pack would be gone. Missing like 8 packs because of this.

I know how frustrating when things do not go to plan but you should be able to get the issue resolved. We cannot investigate or restore missing items directly via the forums. Please see the following link for steps to take:
