App crashing

Does anyone know why everytime I load into a mut head to head game my app crashes. I’ve tried reinstalling, clearing cache,rebuilding database, and restore license and still nothing. I have very good wifi and this is the only game I have that this happens for. It’s very frustrating I can’t load into a game I’ve spent money on.
