WHY AM I LAGGING
Ik this game was made from a program the predates the COVID pandemic but why no matter what I do when I load into an online game is says my connection is unstable I’ve reset my new gen Xbox, router(150mg uploads and download speeds) have a fan blowing into it with a custom nat type to fit my region but no matter if I load into an online game it says connection unstable and lags my game every 2-3 seconds with heavy input delay
Audibles Not Saving (Playstation 5)
Everytime I go into practice mode, I'm able to set all my audibles. After setting them all, I ran 2 plays to ensure they saved properly and then I exit. When I go into a game, the audibles are gone. This has happened multiple times. I run a play after setting audibles for each package in every formation. Still no luck. Anybody have any insight or workaround before I put my controller thru my tv screen? Thanks in advance!
PC Stuttering
Season 7 has brought back lag/stuttering issues for PC players. Anytime myself or my opponent audibles I am getting major frame drops. For reference my PC has a RTX 5070 and runs 144 fps on max settings for every other game I play. EA DOES NOT CARE about PC players or the community. I understand it is a smaller part of the player base, but I am sick of getting screwed by this company year after year.Did not receive sugar, rush, CPU event rewards
I finished 20 out of 20 sugar rush, CPU event games it took up to six hours and didn’t receive any rewards just received 10 carats. I restarted my game uninstalled it re-downloaded it also went into another CPU event game to see if my rewards would be added, but they weren’t. Please help me out here. About a week ago, I completed a flawless run in the Visa BYOT CPU Event in order to earn the 94 OVR Christian Okoye TOTY player card, but I never received my reward. I posted on EA Forums, messaged EA Help on X (3x with no response), and contacted EA support through the live chat feature on this platform. On EA Forums, as you can see, there are many other users experiencing this issue and other performance issues for this event. After talking to 5 EA support representatives, who are only customer support employees and not Madden 26 developers, I was assured that the problem has been reported for investigation and all that can be done is to wait for the issue to be resolved. Below, I attached proof of completion (event rewards that I did receive) and screenshots from live chats with EA support representatives. Today, EA is promoting this exact same event on my Madden Ultimate Team homepage and I cannot believe the audacity of this company. For all the time and money spent on this game, I would think that this $55B company would not scam me out of a free reward but here I am, seven days later with no resolution but plenty of promotion. EA doesn’t even update rosters throughout the season, which should be an easy update that one employee could complete in probably 10 minutes, so this should come as no surprise. I should’ve known an event sponsored by a credit card company would end like this. I am the fool, as people will continue to spend money on this game and I will definitely end up purchasing Madden 27 anyway, if not for me, for my brother, so why would EA care about a couple of users not receiving a 94 overall fullback. I have already posted this issue before and received about 20 responses from users sharing the same problem, so I am not going to spend anymore time pushing for a result, since the 7 hours on the event itself and the extra time just trying to understand why I still don’t have him is plenty enough for me. If you are reading this it’s too late for me, as my Madden 26 experience has just about run its course anyway, but I hope the issue is resolved for you. Take care of yourself.
