Fix this!!!!!!!
I play lots of squads seasons and I win a lot!!! There has been countless times that have ruined my first round bye seasons because me and my squad make the other team quit. Once they quit we go back to the lobby it will give me a win and a loss and it shows that I have a loss with no username and saying 0-0L. I just was in the playoffs again. I’m up 31-21 with 1:00 left and they quit. Do you wanna guess what happens EA or should I inform you. It gave me the loss. I get a paydirt pack for winning and the opponent Quiting which somehow ruins my entire season. I better get put in the division round and better get something back for this. I figured you guys would have this fixed by now. This is horrible. FIX IT!!!!!!!!Not trying to spam but you guys need to help me fix this
First off let me start off by saying. Your customer service is horrible. Didn't resolve my issue once. They told me to wait 24 hours. And I did. Still nothing. Yesterday I opened 500k worth of the new merry mix up packs. And I was lucky enough to pull my favorite player of all time. Odell Beckham jr. As excited as I was I went to my binder to check his abilities and what not. Only to find out none of the cards I pulled where there. So now I'm out on that Odell card. And my 500k coins. I'm completely getting ripped off and nobody has thought to fix this yet. This is utterly unbelievable. I've seen many other people complain to this company that there missing items and not one associate has cared enough to even respond. I WANT MY CARD.PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP
