Blitz ?
So let me get this straight. Blitz player cards do not have blitz currency and will probably be impossible for me to upgrade with Blitz currency the welcome pack player, Awuzie and Higgins without buying "Blitz" packs, that going by other message board platforms, "Blitz" players are seemingly impossible to get with "Blitz" packs ? So, then the play is just wait until Tuesday and upgrade with training.
Let alone it will cost hundreds, if not over a thousand dollars to reach the level of getting just 1 of the 93 Sanders cards that will basically be off most teams by the playoffs in 1.5 months.
EA has done some interesting stuff over the years with long standing Madden programs, but considering game sales have dropped for years since they started catering to money spenders and also lost revenue in the last couple earnings calls, "Blitz" seems like it was forced by EA corporate that Madden 26 is following the same path that people are tired of spending money and they will "get what they can"
That might work for the Sims because those people will willingly spend money, but the game has been out over 10 years and they can utilize their content they buy for years and one could say non-EA game GTA has gone 12 years with 2 free update DLC's.
To expect sports gameplayers to do this when the game basically has an expiration day of release day of the next game, maybe management should re-evaluate their mission statement. To use "Madden Week" as a precursor to gouge players is not something John Madden intended for the game to be.
