Bought premium pass got first 5 awards & then it took the pass away.

I recently bought the premium pass on madden 26 ut and it went through my madden points were deducted i got the first 5 rewards for getting the pass then i played a game and it was gone my platform ...

You are only at level 1, so all rewards except for level 1 are locked.

No the same thing happened to me, I bought the pass but they took my points and took away the premium pass. It’s a EA problem🤦🏾‍♂️
