Bought premium pass got first 5 awards & then it took the pass away.

I recently bought the premium pass on madden 26 ut and it went through my madden points were deducted i got the first 5 rewards for getting the pass then i played a game and it was gone my platform ...

I preordered the deluxe version of madden and I bought the premium pass with the points and they have it to me for a second then, when I came back they took it away and now I don’t have the point or the pass they owe me.

Same. I had to send EA an email and fill out a grievance and report a bug. Mine didn't do it until the latest 1.03 patch. It took away my premium team pass that I used my Green points for.
