Brandon Audbrey pack

Yesterday I did this pack at 4pm to 4.30 pm something had to be wrong took me 33 times to finally get him over 2.6 million coins I saw people getting him in there first pack 4 0r 5 of them talked to a hundred people nobody had this problem. CAn somebody from ea help me and is anybody else had this problem
