I won the sweepstakes and never got the player in my binder and I contacted ea help and they don’t have any updates or anything yet what do I do ? I have evidence that I won too and some people got it but not me I don’t understand why ea does this

Yep, same thing happened to me. I got banned off the sub Reddit for talking about ranked rewards so I’m coming here to try and figure it out. I made a post regarding this and someone commented that every vip got this message, I have zero clue what the solution will be. Haven’t heard back from support either
