Can’t buy REDUX FANTASY PACK

Literally spent 25 dollars on points to purchase the Redux Fantasy Packs and I can’t even do that because of “unable to process transaction” it’s says contact yall if it persists but in typical EA fashion no help I want my refund bro this is ridiculous

Hey I bought money and redux transactions won’t go in I need a refund!

So I bought points for the redux pack that just came out and it didn’t go through and that was my last I had so could I please get refund.

Madden I spent 14 bucks on this game for me to not be able to by the redux fantasy pack so may I please get a refund 😫
