Can’t purchase packs

I had bought packs about two seasons ago and something went wrong and I not only never received what I bought from the store but now I cannot make any purchases with my madden points, or with my training points. Everytime I attempt to purchase anything it tells me I can’t make a purchase due to a pending transaction.

I’ve tried to contact different people and haven’t been helped, I’ve submitted a case to EA and there was no action taken. So I’m ready to take legal actions because I spent my hard earned money to get the Madden points and I not only never received what I bought but now I can’t make any further purchases.

I just want to be able to purchase packs and enjoy the game like everyone else.
