Can't purchase packs

Man all this money we give EA and they can't fix anything, tell me why we had servers down for a week, they come back and now everyone is having problems, I can't even purchase packs in the store, not even in game currency, contacted EA support and they tell me if its on our end we "might" fix it the heck?? Yall understand i can't use the money I already gave you. What is wrong with these greedy ppl. If this is a sign as to what's to come with madden 27 I'll never buy another EA title again nor will I play it. This is absolutely garbage.
