Can't purchase undercity key stater pack
Keeps telling me I have a key but ive checked my binder & do not have a key how do I fix this so I can complete event objective.

EA are you going to fix this? I am unable to continue playing the event Because the pack is locked.
I’m having the same issue, I’m willing to buy the keys but I can’t even do that. The developers of this game have me scratching my head sometimes. Instead of a lock out just make it for a key for the 100 levels at like 100 candy. I basically have to put the game down
Same problem here too! Happened around 5pm eastern time. I went to buy a key with 50 candy cause I didn't have one and its locked saying I have one. All my events are finished, all of them say join event and I have no key. EA better get on it. THIS IS A JOKE
