Come on guys you guys need to get it together. You’re All-Star athletes event not paying rewards again another event that’s failing to give rewards. This is ridiculous. I’m about to never play any of your games again it’s so frustrating.
Same here. Just finished the ASA CPU event and nothing… Even opened a case about the sugar rush event. They closed it stating nothing can resolve problem. Its very frustrating. The amount of time and money some of us put into this game and they could care less.

Talked to many advisors on issues about not receiving rewards, all they can tell me is that they have documented these issues and will be reviewed. Another one told me to check the madden page on twitter for any issues with patch updates and fixes. Later that day they closed the posting on their page which is hilariously embarrassing considering how many other options I’ve tried to receive help. Community managers dont look at forums till months later and at this point madden 27 will be released before I’ll get a single issue of mine resolved. Sad state of what EA has become. This was and will be my last madden until they change how their support system is ran.
