Can't redeem super bowl mvp token

I took a break from Ultimate team, but i bought the super bowl mvp bundle back in december. and when i played a few days ago, i went to redeem it. but to my surprise the super bowl sets are gone. Multiple days without it. Am i now screwed out of the money i paid for it? Tried contacting customer support but theyve been unhelpful.
