completed a run of the event w/o losing, and I'm no token has been received.

I'm experiencing an issue in Madden NFL 26, where I completed a run of the event without losing, but I haven't received the event token yet. Under Zero Chill H2H The Season of Taking, right away after ending the 10-0 run, and it's been days, no awards received. I play on PC can someone assist me before the season ends? I also have a case open under case#233672000.
