Connectivity issue

Whenever I load into the main madden menu, the game will freeze and say "lost connection to ea servers" and then I won't be able to play any online modes. If I try to open any online modes it will just tell me the same thing. Can someone PLEASE help this has been going on for 10+ days and even after you guys did server maintenance it still doesn't work. 🙏
